For the past 8 years, Medellin’s transformation process has been base don a strategy that involves more than 14 innovative practices, which have been quite attractive for the international community.
Indeed, public servants, experts and business persons from all over the work come to Medellin to study its transformation model. Several of the programs most known are the Network of Libraries, the Integrated Urban Projects and Culture E.
Since 2007, Medellin has been systematizing these good practices under the leadership of A.C.I..
With the cooperation of the IDB, the following projects have been conducted:

■ Booklet: “City’s Management of Citizen’s Security”
■ Multimedia and Web Site of the Medellin Lab
In addition, A.C.I. stands out internationally since it is a living example of good practice of the city and a leader in the country of decentralized cooperation.
