QUALITY POLICY
A.C.I. is devoted to place Medellin and the Metropolitan Region within the international setting through top-quality management of cooperation, businesses and investments, with the purpose of improving the living conditions of the population. A.C.I. seeks excellence in its services meeting the requirements of the NTC GP 1000:2004 standard, its quality objectives, and the continuous improvement of the Organization’s processes.
QUALITY OBJECTIVES
1. To set Medellin and the Metropolitan Region in the international scenario: To improve their position within the ranking of the best cities to do business in Latin America.
2. To pursue top-quality cooperation and investment activities: To increase the amounts of International Cooperation received as well as the amount of foreign investments announced by A.C.I. in the city and in the metropolitan area.
3. To improve the living conditions of the population: To increase the amounts of foreign investment announced in the city and in the metropolitan area.
4. Excellence in our services: To gain customer satisfaction in each of the strategic and operational areas of the Agency.
5. Continuous improvement of processes: To generate follow-ups and reorganize each process which adds value to the service provided.
